There was no big boom, no shrinking of the seas, no real major event that seemed to be the reason for the appearance of the Kilindi lands. They just always seemed to be there. A huge expanse of unused land, ready to be inhabited by any sort of creature. Who that first creature was, no one had the slightest idea. Maybe all the inhabitants were just there when the lands were unceremoniously formed.
It came to pass that three wolves, Lilian and Venora Sa'rina(sisters) and Jarvlix Teli'air settled into this territory and had pups. But Jarvlix had never wanted to settle down and so he stole off with another female, leaving the two sisters behind.
None of the wolves ever layed eyes on each other after that fateful day, each choosing instead to lead thier own lives. Lilian and Venora found new mates and created more generations, before dying peacefully at an old age. They never forgot Jarvlix, though, and every day that went by they would think of him. Thier pups heard of him alot, and in turn, after thier mothers' death, they blamed Jarvlix, and even thier cousins, for in their mind, if they didn't exist, thier mother would have stayed happy. So a feud wages now between the packs of Liliandra, Jarvlix, and Venora, with the royal families untrusting towards the others.
